SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipping Policy 

Everything in the shop is shipped using the national postal service, and will be transferred to the relative service in the recipients country. Made to order items may take up to one week to ship, but we'll keep you updated throughout the process and will try to get your order out as soon as possible! Orders are usually only shipped out once a week.

You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched - please allow 1 week for delivery, depending on where you are in the world. Keep an eye on your junk mail folders as your shipping confirmation may end up here!

Most orders are sent untracked, unless otherwise stated/requested. If you haven't received your items within two weeks of receiving a shipment notification, please get in touch as soon as possible. It is the customers responsibility to collect their items from a pickup point, and any mis-deliveries not declared within one month of dispatch will be disregarded.

I am not responsible for any packages that are lost or damaged. Once your order has been shipped, please contact your national mail carrier with any queries or concerns as we are unable to look into any shipping issues. In the rare case that an order is deemed 'undeliverable' and is returned to us, you will receive a refund for the products but not the shipping costs.

Return & Exchange Policy ​​  


It's okay to change your mind! If you'd like to return or exchange an item, just get in touch. Unfortunately we're unable to cover any postage costs but will always refund the item itself upon receipt, provided it is returned unused. We also don't take returns on any samples/seconds - please ask for additional photos before purchasing if you're unsure! ​ 


All prints are non-returnable/refundable.  ​


We also have a no returns policy on wholesale orders as these are usually made to order. All items are quality checked before they are packed up and sent out, so in the event that an item is damaged in transit, please contact your mail carrier.
